ITS ALL ABOUT RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

They have chosen to fight for right and freedom and liberty from oppression on the battlefield of taxation and I upon the battlefield of oppression and abusiveness in debt collection.
Most so called "tax protestors" do not rail against paying taxes but rather against the oppressive methods often used to collect the taxes which we all know we must pay in order to enjoy our freedoms, our liberties, our rights and the benefits we all derive in our daily lives from having paid
those taxes.
Likewise, I do not rail against paying one's lawful debts and neither does anyone else I know of. Just like taxes which we all know that we must pay our fair share of, debts must also be paid.
What both the tax protestors and I rail against is the all too often methods of collection used by those whose job it is to collect either one. So we are all in the same boat so to speak.
One of Bill StClair's comments most certainly does hit the proverbial
nail right on the head. He says that we are not selling magic which, of course we are not doing. There is no magic silver bullet that will slay all the debt collectors, nor for that matter even the worst of them.
Neither are there any magic bullets that will slay the tax collector. Well, anyway without committing the crime of actual murder. (LOL)
But even that would not put an end to the present system of collecting taxes.
Bill StClair makes the point "The only way out of your credit problems is to pay your creditors."
That is exactly the same as saying that the only way to keep out of problems with the tax collector is to pay your taxes!
I've learned an awful lot from the tax protestors such as Bill StClair and many more. One of the things that I have learned is that whether or not they recogonize the fact, what they are actually doing is attempting to change the subject or topic of conversation with the tax collector from one which they cannot win to one which they someday hope to be able to win.
And that simple analyzation of what they are doing is one of the cornerstones of what I teach in my methods. We all know that we most usually cannot hope to argue about the debts we owe so if we are not in a postion to pay for whatever reason then we must learn to argue about something we can hope to win. Just like the tax protestors , we must learn to change the topic of conversation from one we can only hope to lose to one we can win.
That topic can realistically only be about why did you break the law and violate my rights? When that occurs, which it always does, the shoe is now on the other foot and it is the debt collector who cannot win and it is he who must be made to pay for his violations of the law and our rights. That we can do fairly easily.
So, in net effect tax protestors and debtors alike are in exactly the same handbasket.
With that in mind I say to all those in the tax movement who have blogs we must stick together, trade links and display them prominitely for the very simple reason that the only way to accomplish our goals is to get our message out to the public by whatever means necessary and I have proven quite conclusively that one of the most viable ways to do that quickly and efficiently is through these weblogs and linking because doing so gets almost instant attention on the internet and in the places we all need to be to get maximum results and public exposure.
With that I will conclude today's rant with the offier that if you carry a link to this site on your website or your weblog I will also reciprocate with a link to your weblog or website and that is one of the keys to getting the best and quickest results out of the Engines we all want to carry our listings.
In otherwords, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
There are other types of crusaders out there who could also benefit from blogging and linking too. One of those is the J.A.I.L. for judges legislative initiative attempts that are now nationwide and growing strongly. I am also a member of that group and they sure could use the benefits of blogging as well.

A new search engine coming to the internet

Preparing for job loss
Preparing for the worst softens the blow financially and emotionally.
So if the ax does fall, don't sweat it: Simply spring into action.
If you receive a severance package -- and you should negotiate for one
even if it is not offered -- spend it wisely. Use it to pay for living
expenses, not luxury items. Immediately visit or call your local
unemployment office to apply for benefits. Don't forget to sign up for
COBRA as well.
Should you find yourself falling short financially, despite your
planning, contact your creditors immediately. Tell them you've been
laid off and are actively seeking new employment. You can often save
your home or car simply by working with your lender to adjust your
payments. Credit card companies may also offer hardship plans. Student
loans may be placed in forbearance.

Whine bottle

Uncle Normie got stupid and decided to put up a poll to see how popular he was with the debt collectors and things haven't been going too well for him. He has got to figure out some kind of way he can prove why things are not going the way he just knew they had to go. So now that he comes up losing his own poll he has to get out his whine bottle and cry that new members are pouring into the board just to vote against him and of course he will complaing that I am doing all of that to him. He is the master prevaricator for sure.
There are only 9 new members in the last 3 days, 4 of which joined yesterday and 5 2 days before that. Not an unusual number at all. He will end up braying about how I am all of them and that I am rigging the poll against him. What is he going to whine about when his stupid poll gets up to maybe 20 or more votes saying that he is a braying jackass and only 10 or so are voting that he is getting the better of CREDITWRENCH which simply isn't going to happen.
His problem is that he has created so much hate from his spamming activities that his chickens are coming home to rest on his stupid head.

The truth shall set ye free
Greetings! Hope you and your family are doing well. Here, we are fine by God's grace. We look forward to meeting you
in The Creditwrench Forum and spending time reviewing Creditwrench.
I would like to provide you with my response since I know you are eager to receive our input and wanted to discuss matters further. Uncle Normie also mentioned that the truth will set you free and so it can. But the first truth you need to set you free is that there is no truth to be had on then jackass blog. Frankly, the issues you have probably need private discussion because of the time it will consume having to go through the entire lexicon of Creditwrench which is not about credit repair at all but how to become free of abusive debt collection practices. Therefore I would encourage you to take an appointment with Creditwrench next time you happen to come to Oklahoma City so he can explain the true gospel of Creditwrench rather that the endless brayings to be found on the jackass blog. The truth shall set ye free but the truth is not in Uncle Normie.

Please do not twist the Word of CREDITWRENCH to fit jackass-made theories. The word of CREDITWRENCH is not a lump of clay. It is a two-edged sword! It can destroy you if you use it incorrectly but the truth shall set ye free

Uncle Normie claims he knows all about mailtracking.com. I will prove just one of the ways that his supposed knowledge is much, much less than he claims.
This is the kind of map that is returned by mailtracking.com and can be zoomed in to within about 30 feet of the computer that opened the email, even if it was opened in a hotmail or other type of throw away email account. The exact latitude and longitude coordinates are given and using such easily available devices as the Garmin Street Pilot III or similiar newer equipment, all one has to do is enter in the latitude and longitude coordinates and the Street Pilot will give voice driving directions to that location with a high degree of reliability.
So the next question would be do I have that kind of equipment? You bet I do and if Uncle Jackass thinks I don't I will provide a digital picture of the Garmin Street Pilot III and the Garmin 76C both sitting on the dashboard of my truck. Both will do the same thing except the 76C does not give voice driving directions. Both will give exact maps on a LCD screen and give just about any info you need to get there. If you are not aware of this kind of equipment, you can read up on them by going to the Garmin website.

The question then becomes one of would I do that and the answer is, of course not. Why would I, especially with gasoline prices what they are today?. But once again, Uncle Normie has been proven to be nothing but a damned despicable liar.
Uncle Normie can open an email with a text editor as claimed but the mere opening of the email no matter how it is done will not stop the reporting of the fact that the email was opened, the time and place it was opened and for how long. It will reveal even more information than that by far. Uncle Normie cannot open a jpeg attachment to an email and view it off line without opening the email itself even though he would like you to believe differently.
Uncle Normie always claims that I have been defeated but we all know what that amounts to. Just some more of his endless crowing. How are we to believe that he has such great computer skills when he can't even keep his blog up and running. The dumb thing pops up and down like a yo-yo, up for a few hours and then falls down again due to his poor computer skills. What he doesn't know is that I have been in computer engineering for many years starting in 1975 when I helped to design the MIRV warhead system which had the capabiity to deploy 6 nuclear warheads from anywhere in the US to 6 different targets in Russia each separated by up to 1000 miles and put those 6 warheads within 600 feet of ground zero. Today's technology can do much, much better than that. I've been in computers ever since back then. Uncle Normie's claims are indeed ludicrous. He would have us believe that he is an expert in the law, and expert in computers, and expert in just about everything imaginable but the only thing he has proved he is expert at is prevarication. If he is so damned smart let him tell us how I got those pictures of the GPS systems uploaded to Blogger instead of hosting them on one of my websites. The map above is still on the mailtracking.com website but the GPS systems in my truck are being hosted by Blogger.
I first used mailtracking.com almost 3 years ago and so they may very well have offered more in their trial period than they did back then. That would be natural. Everybody learns and improves their product and many companies at a very rapid pace these days. Uncle Normie's product (bullshit and lies) never changes by much. Bullshit is still bullshit and you cannot believe what a bullshitter says. Simple as that.
What he will serve us (if his clunker blog is still operable by tomorrow or Blogger.com has not taken it down due to his violations of his blogger terms of service violations) is going to be nothing but more of his evil smelling bullshit.
